Sterben im Mittelmeer beenden!

Seit Jahren sterben zehntausende Menschen an Europas Außengrenzen bei dem Versuch, Armut und Verfolgung zu entkommen. Obwohl EU-Politiker_innen regelmäßig Mitleid bekunden, werden keine legalen Fluchtwege geschaffen und die tödliche, militärische Abschottung der Grenzen verschärft. Die Menschen werden nicht aufhören zu fliehen, auch wenn Europa mit mehr Gewalt Boote zurückdrängt oder zerstört. Europa, wir alle, tragen direkte Verantwortung für die Toten im Mittelmeer. 
Wir haben genug von geheuchelten Mitleidsbekundungen und fordern Fähren statt Frontex!
Europa darf nicht mehr „sichere Herkunftsländer“ erfinden sondern muss sichere Fluchtwege schaffen.

European Homecare schließen! Geld für Wohnungen statt Lager und Heime!

Menschen, die es dennoch nach Deutschland schaffen, werden systematisch entwürdigt, misshandelt und von jeder Teilhabe ausgeschlossen. Rassismus und menschenunwürdige Zustände in oft miserablen Behelfs- und Dauerunterkünften bestimmen ihren Alltag. Ständig droht die Abschiebung. Die Versorgung von Geflüchteten wird ohne verbindliche Standards gewinnbringend privatisiert und den billigsten Anbietern zugeteilt. 
Ein Beispiel dafür ist European Homecare (EHC).
Obwohl gegen EHC und über 50 von EHC beauftragte Sicherheitsleute wegen Folter- und Misshandlungsvorwürfen seit Herbst 2014 strafrechtlich ermittelt wird, darf dieselbe Firma mit den selben Mitarbeitern im Auftrag von Behörden zahlreiche Heime für Geflüchtete weiter gewinnbringend betreiben.
Bundesweit wird auf Bewachung durch Secruity statt auf kompetente soziale Betreuung gesetzt und so auch für ein gewolltes Klima der Angst gesorgt.
Abschiebung und Abschreckung bestimmt die Asylpolitik auf allen Ebenen, auch in der Unterbringung. Echte Gesten der Willkommenskultur überlässt man nur widerwillig der wachsenden Zahl an ehrenamtlichen Helfer_innen.

Fight Racism! Solidarität muss praktisch werden!

Seit Jahren kämpfen Geflüchtete in Deutschland an vielen Orten gegen diese Zustände und für ihre Rechte!
Sie kämpfen nicht allein! So konnten zum Beispiel in Osnabrück von einer solidarischen Zivilgesellschaft über 30 Abschiebungen durch Blockaden verhindert werden, und in Essen wurden Fahrzeuge unbrauchbar gemacht, die zur Abschiebung von Flüchtlingen genutzt wurden.

Repression gegen Unterstützer_innen

Nachdem am 05.12.2014 in Essen die Zentrale von EHC besetzt wurde, um die Firma nach den bekannt gewordenen Folterungen von Heimbewohner_innen zu schließen, soll den vermeintlichen Aktivist_innen der Besetzung der Prozess gemacht werden. Menschen, die sich der herrschenden Flüchtlingspolitik und Profiteur_innen wie EHC aktiv entgegenstellen, wollen wir mit Solidarität begegnen. Kommt deshalb auch zur Kundgebung, einen Tag nach der Demo, am 1.Juli um 10 Uhr zum Amtsgericht Essen.

Trotz der Repression gibt es zunehmend mehr Menschen, die Geflüchtete im Alltag unterstützen und aktiv willkommen heißen. Auch wenn die Zustände in Deutschland und der europäischen Asylpolitk oft übermächtig wirken und das neue Asylgesetz erst noch vor der Tür steht, gibt es viele positive Beispiele, wie es besser gehen kann! Packen wir es an!
